This notice describes the Amppire corporate website and inquiries about our consulting and engineering services. Ampply and Vectora CRM are separate products; their websites provide the notices applicable to those services.
Information you choose to share
When you contact us or schedule a conversation, you may provide your name, email address, company, the type of engagement you are interested in, a message, and your chosen meeting time. We use these details to understand your inquiry, respond, and coordinate a conversation. Please avoid including passwords, API keys, or sensitive customer records.
Contact forms and email
When direct form delivery is available, the website uses Resend to transmit your inquiry to [email protected]. Our business email is hosted with Zoho. These providers process the information needed to deliver, store, and manage correspondence.
If the form offers to prepare an email instead, the draft remains in your browser until you choose to open your email application, copy the text, or send it. Preparing a draft does not send an inquiry.
Scheduling
The booking page checks availability and creates confirmed appointments through Zoho Calendar. Zoho receives the contact details, message, and selected time needed to create the calendar invitation. The website does not expose the titles or details of existing calendar events.
Technical information and analytics
Website hosting and delivery infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, and browser information to serve pages, troubleshoot problems, and help prevent abuse. Form and booking endpoints temporarily use a hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions.
When configured, this website uses Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate page use and actions such as inquiry, scheduling, and product-link activity. We do not use this data for advertising or intentionally send inquiry text, email addresses, or calendar details to analytics. The website does not currently provide newsletter enrollment.
External websites
Product links take you to ampply.app or vectora.cloud. Their own privacy notices apply when you visit or submit information there.
Correspondence and your choices
Inquiry and scheduling correspondence may be retained to respond to you, manage a potential or ongoing business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can contact us to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop nonessential follow-up. Applicable rights and retention requirements depend on the circumstances and your location.
