After testing and QA, we support deployment. Initial support, ongoing support packages, and any migration work are defined in your agreement.

How is work priced?
Most engagements are billed hourly against a high-level estimate broken down by module or phase. Smaller projects with a well-defined scope may be suitable for a negotiated fixed fee. Open-ended consulting can be arranged through a retainer. The approach, scope, and commercial terms are agreed before work begins.
Can you take on a smaller project?
Yes. We welcome smaller projects and defined parts of larger initiatives, as well as broader delivery engagements. Tell us what you need and we’ll discuss a scope that fits your priorities.
Who will I work with?
You’ll work directly with Haris Rovcanin or Shaunak Vaghasia, Amppire’s managing members. We bring in specialist contractors case by case when the engagement calls for additional expertise.
What happens after launch?
We support deployment after testing and QA. The initial post-launch support period is specified in your agreement; extended ongoing support is available through a separately priced package. Support scope, availability, and response expectations are agreed for the engagement.
Do you handle migrations?
Yes. Migration planning and execution can be included as separately scoped and priced work. We discuss the systems involved, dependencies, validation, and rollout needs before estimating it.
Can you work with teams outside the United States?
Yes. Amppire is based in Michigan and serves clients internationally, with a primary focus on the United States. Working hours, communication, and meeting cadence are agreed around the team’s needs.
