Consulting and engineering engagements
Work begins under an agreement between Amppire and the client. That agreement defines the scope, estimated hours or fixed fee, billing arrangements, delivery responsibilities, acceptance process, intellectual property terms, and support. Sending an inquiry or arranging an introductory conversation does not by itself create a paid engagement.
Estimates, changes, and support
Most work is billed hourly against a high-level estimate broken down by module or phase. Some smaller, well-defined projects may be priced at a fixed fee. Consulting retainers and other arrangements are discussed individually. Changes in scope, migrations, deployment responsibilities, and any initial or ongoing support are addressed in the applicable agreement.
Independent products
Ampply and Vectora CRM operate under separate subscription offerings with optional add-ons. Product availability, features, pricing, and terms are described on their respective websites. A consulting engagement does not automatically include a product subscription.
